CyberBionic Systematics has assembled a management team with proven experience in the IT service industry.
There are three departments in CyberBionic Systematics: Customer Service Consulting, Development and Human Resources departments.
Customer Service Consulting department
The main objective of customer service consulting team is providing comprehensive consulting support to our Clients.
Each Client has an assigned account manager who is responsible for communication and general assistance.
Account managers provide the Customer with consultations, inquire Clients' project description and objectives, help them formalize the project demands and delegate Software Requirements Specification to the developers of development department.

- Work performed is paid on hourly rate.

Leasing dedicated development team to our Customers:
- Team consists of developers who receive SRS from Account managers.
- Project Manager controls all the activities and provides the Client with weekly project status reports.
- Work performed is paid on hourly rate.

Establishing testing center for our Customer
- Team of testers.
- Providing quality assessment and improvement recommendations, on-line consulting, automation tests support.
- The work is paid according to the signed agreement.

Establishing your own development / testing department in our environment
- Team is formed according to the Client's preferences for specialists.
- It follows the process scheme provided by the Client.
- The work is paid according to the signed agreement.
- HR department forms the team for the Client.
- Customer Service Consulting department provides with technical infrastructure and environment.
- The work is paid according to the signed agreement.
HR department (Human Resources)
If you choose to establish your own department in our environment or your own company / branch in Ukraine, our Human Resources department will provide you with overwhelming support in forming the team according to your preferences for specialists.
HR department can also assist in advising on salary levels and social security and tax issues.
